Excellent hotel with great amenities like wi-fi, tv, and a helpful 24-hour reception. I remember when the staff assisted with my elderly parents on my first stay. I highly recommend checking the rooftop terrace!

I spent 5 nights in a One-Bedroom Apartment while on a business trip in Mexico City. The apartment had a great vibe and was conveniently located near many restaurants and the metro station. I really appreciated the cleaning staff's hard work, and the maintenance guy was especially helpful when I had an issue. The outskirts of Zona Rosa were a pleasant area to explore, making my downtime enjoyable.

A warm stay with a cozy vibe
The location is unbeatable, with countless restaurants and shops nearby. The team made me feel genuinely welcomed, going the extra mile to ensure everything was satisfactory during my stay.
However, the lack of air conditioning made the warmer nights a struggle. I found myself wishing for additional comfort like a coffee maker for cozy mornings or more electric outlets in the suite.

Great location and friendly staff!
I had an amazing time staying here for 5 nights. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city with plenty of restaurants and nightlife just steps away. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always checking to see if I needed anything. However, I wish there was air conditioning as it got a bit warm at times.

I loved how my room had a cozy vibe, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The rooftop terrace was amazing for unwinding and soaking up the sun, and the BBQ area was a fun spot to gather with friends. The WiFi could have been better, but it didn't really take away from my overall experience! 😊

missingWrote a review on 21 Juloutdated elevator
The elevator shows its age, with one instance leading to a climb up six flights of stairs. WiFi was disappointingly unreliable, leading to missed meetings. The lack of air conditioning proved uncomfortable during hotter days, and the room lacked sufficient electric outlets. Bedding felt mismatched in quality for the suite's overall ambiance.

The room was spacious and had a good setup with two twin beds and a kitchen. The mattress was a bit firm for my taste, but I still slept well overall. The location was quiet, yet close to a metro station and tons of restaurants, which was a huge plus. The staff were super friendly and really made me feel taken care of. Just a nice place to chill after a day out!
